Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the relationship between SHPERKA s.r.o., registered office Železničná 3, 900 27 Bernolákovo, Slovak Republic, Company ID 56 193 955, operator of the BizLaboratory brand (contact: info@bizlaboratory.sk) ("Provider") and its customer ("Customer").

Governing law: laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of the Customer's habitual residence remain unaffected.

• FounderCode™ — digital product: online assessment + AI-generated PDF report (Founder Passport) and a Founder ID.
• BizLaboratory Academy — in-person entrepreneurship program for teens 12–17 in Senec and Pezinok (Slovakia); 2 trimesters, ~24 hours of workshops.

• Pre-registration forms are non-binding.
• A binding contract is formed upon payment and Provider's confirmation.
• FounderCode™ may be purchased by a person aged 16 or older, or by a legal guardian.

• FounderCode™: EUR 9.90 one-time payment.
• Academy: START EUR 300, UPGRADE EUR 300, Full Pack EUR 559 (EUR 41 discount), or EUR 120/month installment plan.
• Prices are final. The Provider is not a VAT payer as of the effective date of these Terms.
• Payments processed by Stripe (card, Apple/Google Pay).
• A tax invoice is sent electronically after payment.

FounderCode™ is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium within the meaning of Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and its national implementations. The report is generated on demand immediately after payment.

Prior express consent and acknowledgement: by paying and continuing to the "Success" page, the Customer expressly requests that performance begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that they will thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied. This notice is displayed to the Customer at checkout and the consent is logged in our systems.

The FounderCode™ report is an educational and motivational tool. It is not psychological or clinical assessment, career counselling, or a decision producing legal effects.

If the report is not generated or delivered due to a technical issue on our side, the Customer is entitled to redelivery or a refund.

As a consumer, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, provided the course has not yet started (Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU). We refund 100% of the price within 14 days.

"2 lessons to try" guarantee: the Customer may withdraw after the first two lessons with a full refund.

Cancellation after the guarantee period: after lesson 3 we refund 60%; after lessons 4–6, 40%; from lesson 7 onwards, no refund.

Complaints can be filed at info@bizlaboratory.sk. We respond within 30 days.

Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The competent Slovak ADR body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk).

The Provider may amend these Terms; the version in force on the day of contract conclusion applies to that contract. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Slovak courts, without prejudice to the Customer's mandatory consumer rights.
